Audrey spent over ten years as the Chief Talent Officer for Jabil, a $27 billion company. She has led over ten CEO Succession transitions, as well as DEI strategy work that resulted in double-digit growth for minority representation. She spent five years collaborating with Harvard Business School designing cutting-edge leadership programs for executives. serves as Founder and CEO of McGuckin Group and WOTW, and she has served as the program director for The Conference Board.
