DESIGN THINKING MATTERS.

Audrey’s unique background enables her to help clients realize their strategic human capital ambitions in a practical, ‘no nonsense’ way
01. Developing Your Leadership Team and Why It Matters

Leadership behaviors can account for up to 35% of your organization’s financial performance. Intuitively we know this and also the data and research validates this. Clearly then the importance of leadership, to the top line and bottom line of an organizations financials matters. If you believe this is the case, join us as we explore the implications for you as the CEO or Head of Business. We’ll be discussing the downstream impacts and provide practical tools and methods for you to double down on this critical work.

02. Closing The Gender Gap – It’s not just about Developing Women Leaders

Study after study finds that organizations with more women in leadership roles tend to be considered “higher quality” companies with better returns. By developing your women leaders to reach their potential you’ll soon find that your organization will be better and stronger for it. The data is clear about the financial gains to be had by having more women in leadership positions. Companies that leverage women leaders at the top of the house effectively are 45% more likely to report improved market share. This session is NOT about developing women leaders it is about what executives can do to identify the organizational levers you need to pull to attract and retain top women leaders in your organization.

03. How to have successful leadership off-sites with your team

While getting your teams together can be helpful in reconnecting and getting topics on the table that need discussion, rarely do those meetings have a long-term effect on the course of your business and get to the outcomes you need. And yet, when they are successful, off-site strategy discussions can lead to aligned and stronger teams who have a commitment to implementation and the clarity they need to execute. In this session we’ll explore how important the work before the meeting can often be more important than the work at the meeting.

04. CEO’s and Executives – You as a Leader, it starts with you

Developing your personal authentic leadership comes from your story, your experiences and sharing it through storytelling, Developing your leadership philosophy, what you want to stand for in the hearts and minds of others as a leader is the hard work that starts with an inside out approach.

05. The 3 big Plays CEO’s and Executives Are Focused on for 2023

It’s no surprise to any of us that managing complex organizations is much tougher today than it was just a few years ago. And the toughest task of all for Executives is to decide what needs to be done now and what can wait. Really it’s about what matters most now! What we’re seeing across our networks is that the plays that Executives are making are focused on a defensive PLUS an offensive approach. Part of this means they are doubling down 3 areas; 1. making sure there is strong alignment on business strategy, a maniacal focus on human capital and the culture needed in their organization.
